both barrels theatre

We are a new theatre company based in south Somerset.

We will produce work both in the South West and London.

Ultimately, we will also tour nationally.

Our work is visually imaginative and verbally heightened

with strong, integrated movement work at its centre

and evocative sound design.

This is theatre that distills the truth of human experience

and reflects it back.

We believe it’s crucial that people feel art is accessible.

We have a strong desire to share work widely

and interact meaningfully with diverse audiences.

As we grow we have ambitions to produce

challenging, idiosyncratic works

and to support new writing.

BOTH BARRELS THEATRE is supported by the English Touring Theatre

FORGE Programme

https://www.omnibus-clapham.org/blood-wedding/ 4 - 23 Sept 2018 | 7.30pm (4pm) | £16, £13 concessions Celebrated Spanish dramatist Federico García Lorca's 1932 folk tragedy is deftly pulled into sharp focus in this dark and seductive re-imagining. Think it'll get better? You know it's a lie. We're burning up inside and it's destroying us both.
